UPrinting.com is doing it again! Giveaway for custom thank you cards!

And the winner is............commenter number seven: TheSuburbanMom
I'll be forwarding your email address to Uprinting.com today and they will contact you on December 5, 2009 with information on how to claim your prize. Congratulations!

If you are looking for the DigitalRoom.com rolled canvas print giveaway it is here.
If you are looking for the Curious George:  A Very Monkey Christmas DVD giveaway it is here.

Just the other day I showed off the custom cards I received from UPrinting.com using Noah's fish painting.

But now I need your opinion. I was going to give them away in packs of ten as part of holiday gifts to Noah's teachers, bus drivers, art teacher, etc.  But I obviously didn't think it through enough when I created the file and put his name on it, because now I'm not sure giving away something with his full name (I blurred out the last name for my blog) on the front isn't a little obnoxious. I think if I had put something on the back (like "original artwork by Noah") it would have been more appropriate to use as a gift. What do you guys think? Obnoxious or cute? And be honest! Rich says it's obnoxious.

Anyway...this post isn't really about that. This post is to announce that UPrinting.com is hosting another giveaway on MNT and they are offering one of my readers 50 Custom 5x7 (folds to 3 1/2 x 5) Thank You Cards with plain envelopes. There are so many things you can do with these cards. Put a family picture on it, your kids artwork, your monogram or last name. The only limit is your imagination and ability to create the design. It's super easy to upload your picture or design and they offer free proofs before you complete your order.

To enter all you need to do is leave a comment on this blog post and tell me what you think about giving away the note cards I'm showing at the top of the post to Noah's teachers.  Obnoxious or cute?

For extra entries tweet about this giveaway on Twitter. You can tweet once a day. Please include @uprinting and @momneedstherapy with your tweet. Make sure you come back here and leave a comment on this post each time.

Don't forget to include your email address in the comment. I know you have to include it to publish the comment, but unless it is actually within the body of the comment or you have email enabled on your Blogger profile I can't see it.

You have until midnight on Sunday November 29 to enter. I'll announce the winner on November 30th. Again, don't forget to leave your email so I can contact you! US entrants only due to shipping costs, so sorry.

If you don't win but you would like to buy cards of your own, or any other product from UPrinting.com look over to the left and click on the UPrinting.com ad and receive  10% OFF All UPrinting Products! I get a little bonus too if you click through and buy something. Just saying. ;)

In the interest of full disclosure: UPrinting.com is a sponsor of MNT and I am receiving 50 custom thank you cards of my own as a thank you for running this giveaway. They would not be a sponsor of my blog if I wasn't very happy with my experiences with them so far and super satisfied with the products I have received from them.

Win it before you can Watch it! - Curious George: A Very Monkey Christmas

And the winner is.....JenniferB.  Jennifer I just emailed you and as soon as I hear back from you I'll mail out the DVD. Congrats!

I've been lucky to receive several videos to review over the last few months, but my favorite by far is the one I received just the other day: Curious George: A Very Monkey Christmas

The MNT family is a huge fan of the monkey!

Premiering November 25 (the day before Thanksgiving,) on PBS the Curious George holiday special, Curious George: A Very Monkey Christmas, finds George and The Man with the Yellow Hat having a very merry time counting down the days until Christmas. There’s only one puzzle: neither of them can figure out what to give the other for a present. The Man is having trouble reading George’s wish list and George doesn’t have a clue about what to get for The Man who has everything. Maybe you can help!

We've watched this at least three times in the last 48 hours. Noah and I watched it after school Friday and he loved it. Then when Kiel came home from daycare with Rich and saw it was on, he wouldn't even take off his coat, he just stood there watching it and laughing and making monkey noises.

It's an adorable movie and it has great music! I keep finding myself singing along. That is until Kiel puts his hand over my mouth to shut me up. Anyway...this is definitely a movie I don't mind watching with my kids more than once.

Following its television debut on Wednesday, November 25, A Very Monkey Christmas will air on PBS KIDS throughout the holiday season. Additional airings are scheduled for November 29, December 6, 18, 19, 20, and Christmas Day, December 25 (check local listings for exact air dates and times).

And guess what? I have a copy of A Very Monkey Christmas on DVD to give to one of my lucky readers.

If you would like to win this before you can watch it, just leave a comment on this post! It's that easy!

For extra entries tweet about this contest on Twitter with a link back to this post and use the hash tag #AVeryMonkeyChristmas. Come back here and leave me a comment letting me know you did. You can tweet about this contest once daily for extra entries.

Make sure you include your email address in your comment so I can contact you if you win.

You have until Thursday November 19th at midnight to enter. I'll contact the winner on Friday to get your mailing address to try and get this to you before the 25th.

And the winner is Haydensmommy05!  Congrats! Digitalroom.com will be contacting you on 11/27 to let you know how to claim your prize!

Remember this giveaway from DigitalRoom.com? They gave away 250 custom greeting cards to two of my readers. And as a thank you they gave me cards too! I took the picture that Noah painted and I showed you in this post and had it made into cards. I'm super pleased with how they turned out!

Well now DigitalRoom.com would like to give away a 16"x20" rolled canvas print to one of my readers! Rolled canvas prints are perfect for home decor, photo prints and signage.

I'll be getting a canvas print too as a thank you and I think I'm going to take some pictures of Noah playing soccer (I got some excellent action shots of him a couple weeks ago) and make a collage for his room.

If you'd like to win a canvas print for yourself all you have to do is leave a comment on this post telling me what photo gifts you'd like to get for your family or friends this holiday season.

For extra entries tweet about this giveaway on Twitter. You can tweet once a day. Just make sure you come back here and leave a comment on this post each time.

Don't forget to include your email address in the comment. I know you have to include it to publish the comment, but unless it is actually within the body of the comment or you have email enabled on your Blogger profile I can't see it.

Giveaway!! It will make me happy if you enter!

***and the winners are Red Duchess and Megryansmom!  You will be hearing from Uprinting this Friday with details on how to order your wall graphic!***

UPrinting.com is introducing a new product and they are offering two of my readers a chance to win!

It's no secret that I'm a fan of Uprinting.com. Seriously, this is the fourth giveaway they have offered my readers, which is cool in itself, but I'm being completely honest when I say that so far my experience with them has been great.

I told you a few posts ago how much I love the business cards and stickers I've received from them. And I can't wait to get the custom greeting cards I'm going to be ordering soon using some of Noah's artwork.

Their newest product is an innovative adhesive fabric that is called a Wall Graphic. Just imagine a huge sticker that you can peel and stick on any flat surface! (Similar to the Fat Heads stickers you’ve seen on TV).

These wall graphics use the same high-quality printing they use for their poster prints, so you can print photos, artworks or patterns in great detail.
I think these would be cool to use in a kids room or maybe even for your blog or business logo!  How about using a picture of the kids and getting this for the grandparents! So many possibilities!

Personally, I'm awfully tempted to get this picture blown up! I think my husbands coworkers could have a lot of fun with it! Imagine that in 24" x 24" size! Those are some big nostrils to shoot spitwads at!
And, as I said, two of my readers will win a 24" x 24" Wall Graphic of their own to embarrass their loved ones with!

Shipping is free on this one, but there is a $5 handling fee. However, I will personally reimburse you for that, because you know what, it really isn't a giveaway is it if you have to pay something for it! I'm hoping Uprinting figures this out soon! And, I'm sorry to say, again this is only open to US residents.

BONUS: Uprinting.com will be hosting a Video Blog Challenge in October to find the most creative Wall Graphic Print! The winner will receive a cash prize, so if you win make sure you make your own Wall Graphics video entry!

To enter just leave a comment on this post! Don't forget to include your email address!

For bonus entries tweet about this and then come back and leave another comment on this post to let me know!

This contest is only open until September 14, 2009 so you don't have much time. As they say, enter early and often! I'll use random.org to pick the two winners the next day.

Don't forget to enter the other giveaways I have going on too, so scroll down!

Zhu Zhu Pets review and GIVEAWAY!!

*****And the winner is...........Jaime aka copperllama! Congrats Jaime!*****

Recently MomSelect offered me the opportunity to try out the new Zhu Zhu pets!   In fact, the company sent me pretty much the entire habitat plus two of the hamsters, the car and an exercise ball! Seriously, this is the biggest review I have ever been part of!

Zhu Zhu Pets are fun, interactive hamsters that talk, move and even navigate their way around their own habitats. And the best thing about these pets?  No mess and no fuss…just hours of interactive play!

I waited until an afternoon that Noah and I were home without Kiel, since the recommended age range is 4 to 8 years. Noah was SO excited to try these out.

Here is everything they sent us except the two hamsters.  Wow huh?

Here we have started to put the habitat together. I'm pretty good at putting stuff together, and I'm going to admit this was a bit tricky until I got used to how the connections fit together. And to be completely honest, I think the quality of the connections could be improved. They weren't always easy to get together and sometimes didn't create a smooth path for the hamster to travel.

Even the kitten is getting in on the action! Actually he was pretty fascinated by the hamsters and definitely did not know what to make of them. Watching him check them out was as much fun as watching the boys play!
We took a basketball break in the middle of putting this together. It was a time consuming process. By the time we got back to it Kiel was home and demanded to be part of the action.

Kiel was as fascinated by it all as the kitten was. Of course his ability to grasp the concept of how to use it was about the level of the kitten. It didn't stop him from having fun with it though!

A lot of the fun included lifting up the lids of the habitat (most of the pieces are hinged so you can access the habitat if the hamsters get stuck, which happened fairly often to us).  Not shown here is the Go Go Adventure (exercise) Ball, which Kiel assumed should be thrown as all balls should be thrown.  After throwing and having it separate into its two pieces, he put one half on his head. I really need to get a picture of that, because, Hello! Cuteness!

Here we have the habitat put together. Noah dictated where he wanted everything to go. There are a lot of options on how to put it together, and you can take it apart and rearrange.  I recommend adults do this part though, because as I said before, it isn't always easy getting the connections together correctly.

Now, I have boys, and I'm assuming that my boys are fairly typical in their creative play ideas, which included using their Matchbox cars in the trails. Hint: they don't work well in there and they get in the way of the hamsters. Still, it didn't stop me from finding several cars parked in the garage the next morning.
Later in the evening I found Kiel riding on the back of this tractor with one of the Zhu Zhu hamsters and a few Matchbox cars going for a ride with him.

So, what did we think of the Zhu Zhu pets?  Well, my boys certainly had fun with them, and they've been playing with them every day since, although less each day as the habitrail has gradually come apart. Again, boys! And I found Kiel riding his turtle into it, and Noah pushing Kiel's large trucks into it. I think they may have been involved in one of Noah's little "fits of anger" which means they probably were at the receiving end of a few kicks. Gotta be completely honest...
The hamsters are definitely cute! And fun to watch them move around. They move around erratically, which made it even more fun to watch Kiel and the kitten try to figure out.

Unfortunately, as I pointed out before, I had problems with the quality of the connections between the different parts of the habitrail. And I never did figure out how to keep the garage doors on it.

This must be used on a flat surface, not carpet. Even our wood floors with the very slight irregularities between the boards created some problems for them.  I never had luck with getting the exercise ball to work properly, even though included with it is a piece to hook on to the hamster to help stabilize it inside the ball.  The hamsters frequently got stuck in the trails, either because they jammed themselves in somewhere or they flipped on their side. None of this seemed to bother my boys though.

Kiel is definitely too young for them. The age range does specify 4 years as the minimum age, so this is no surprise. And Noah? Well, as excited as he was about it, and as much fun as he had, he's just not the kind of kid that this is suited for. He's too rough with his toys and doesn't have the patience to make sure everything is set up correctly.

If I can make a bit of a generality here, I think this toy is probably best suited for girls, probably in the 6+ age range.  Not that there aren't boys who would enjoy this as well, they just need to be able to play more calmly than mine do.

I'll give the boys a few more days to enjoy this, but hopefully not enough time to break anything, then I'm going to pack it all up.  I'm going to look for a family that will enjoy this and wouldn't be able to buy it on their own. At work we always sponsor either a family or a woman's shelter during the holidays, so that might be an idea.

Now, on to the good stuff!!  I am able to offer one of my readers a hamster and slide & ramp!

All you have to do is leave a comment here!
If you'd like to earn extra entries you can Tweet about this contest and link to this post - you can tweet once a day, just come back and leave me a comment each time.
I will use random.org to chose the winner. You have until midnight on September 15, 2009 to enter. Don't forget to leave your email address IN the comment.

Giveaway - 250 custom greeting cards from digitalroom.com

And the winners are comment 1 from Bikiniwho said " I would probably do something goofy involving photoshop and pictures of my family"

And comment 6 from Kelly who said  "I would either make my Christmas cards or create some invitations with a ridiculously embarrassing picture of my husband as a child on it. His 40th bday is coming up and we are going to have a huge bash. I hope I win!"

I will forward your information on to Digital Room and they should be contacting you soon with the information you'll need to make and receive your cards!

Congrats!

DigitalRoom.com - the UPrinting Network, is offering my readers another great giveaway! Previously they have given away 500 custom business cards and 250 custom stickers on MNT! I received a set of both and let me tell you I was impressed. I gave the business cards out all over BlogHer'09! And now I have MNT stickers, which is cool, but I have no idea what I am going to do with 250 of them. Leave them in public restrooms perhaps?

Not only does DigitalRoom.com offer business cards and stickers, but they do just about every other kind of printing job you could imagine, including custom postcards and custom greeting cards.

I am definitely a fan of UPrinting and Digitalroom.com, and not just because they have sent me free products and they are a sponsor of my blog. If I didn't love their product I wouldn't be supporting them. Now that I've seen the work that they do I will definitely use them if I have other printing needs. I'm actually trying to get my workplace to use them!

So, on to the giveaway!

DigitalRoom.com is offering 2 yes TWO of my readers 250 custom greeting cards (7x5" - half-fold). They will be full color outside and blank inside, with a 10 pt cover with matte or gloss coating. The winner pays for shipping. This is around a $90 value! Now, I'm not positive, but I don't think envelopes are provided. Just FYI.

I think there are so many things you could do with these! If you are one of those people that actually plans ahead for the holidays you could use these for your Christmas or holiday cards! What an amazing deal, right?

I am not on the ball enough to get ready for the holidays so soon, and I definitely don't know 250 people to send cards to. So what I'm going to do with mine is scan or take a digital photo of some of Noah's artwork and put that on the front of the cards. He has an amazing art teacher at school and has painted some impressive things with her guidance. So amazing that I have had them framed and my boss is putting them up in our conference room at work. Her idea! I think that using his artwork on cards he knows I am sending out will be a huge confidence boost for him! Plus I think it makes for a great general use card, for thank you's, notes, etc.

So, who wants to win some custom greeting cards?!?

To enter to win all you have to do is leave a comment telling me what you would do with 250 free custom greeting cards. Super easy! Please make sure you leave your email address or a link to your blog in the comment. I'm using commentluv and I haven't quite figured out why sometimes it gives me information I can click through to, and sometimes it doesn't. So don't take a chance that I won't be able to contact you and just leave your email address in the comment. You can always type "at" for @ and "dot" for .

If you don't see a place for comments click where it says "comments to ponder" under and to the right of my Katt signature and that should open up the comment box.

This contest ends September 3rd! I'll announce the winner September 4th!

And come back soon, because I'll have another giveaway posted soon for 500 custom business cards! I know! This company rocks!

Offer Valid for UNITED STATES SHIPPING ONLY.

Day four of my 4th Blogoversary celebration! Help me celebrate with an AWESOME giveaway!

Today I have an awesome giveaway for you guys! A six-month supply of Dropps laundry detergent!

I know!!!!

I guess it's the mom in me, but a six-month supply of laundry detergent excites me! I mean, this is stuff you will really use! And frankly, I'm jealous, because no one is giving me a six-month supply!

Earlier this summer my 20+ year old washing machine finally died. RIP Maytag, but hallelujah and hello new Electrolux front-loading HE washer!! I could wax poetic on this washing machine, but I'll restrain myself. Just know that I LOVE it! And since we do a load of laundry almost every day trying to keep up with Noah's swim trunks, towels, and camp clothes, I've had a chance to try out a number of laundry detergents in it. And I'll be honest, I think most laundry detergents work just fine when it comes to actually getting the clothes clean provided you pretreat stains, use the correct water temperature and washer settings, and don't over-fill the machine.

So now you are probably asking yourself "well heck, if that's what she thinks about laundry detergent why is she even bothering to review it." And I'm so glad you asked! Because what excites me about laundry detergent are things like convenience, cost, if it is "green," and yes, the scent.

And Dropps hits a home run in all those areas! (Yes, my husband is watching baseball...again!)

Dropps comes in tiny, pre-measured dissolvable pacs so it is super easy to use. No mess, no heavy jugs, no measuring. And it's an eco-friendly, green product that helps you leave a smaller footprint on the environment. I love the smell of the Fresh Scent version, but it also comes Scent + Dye Free, and there is a baby version - Dropps Baby (Scent, Dye, and Enzyme Free).

Dropps is available online at amazon.com, samsclub.com, target.com, cvs.com, drugstore.com, and walmart.com in addition to select stores nationwide. It looks like the average price is around $7 for a 20-pac bag, less if you buy in bulk.

You know what else I love about Dropps? They are located in Philadelphia!

And, as I said, they are giving away a six month supply to one of you! That's six 20-load pouches!

Day three of my 4th blogoversary celebration! Help me celebrate with a giveaway!

**Today's review and giveaway is from Stonyfield Farms and their YoBaby line of organic yogurt!**

At BlogHer a couple weeks ago I was fortunate to sit at a table with Sarah from Stonyfield Farm one morning! She passed on lots of information and some coupons to me, and more importantly told me about their new product YoBaby 3 in 1 meals.

I'll admit to being excited when she told me it contained fruit AND vegetables. I've written before about what a horrible eater Kiel is! The only fruit he will eat right now is an occasional banana (and only if he can eat it like a monkey - so don't dare take the peel all the way off!). He actually eats a slightly larger variety of vegetables. That is if you consider pees, carrots and baked beans a "variety."

So we tried the new 3 in 1 Meals and they are a hit with Kiel. Yeah! The only issue I have is they aren't as thick as the O'Soy yogurt he is used to, and since he insists on feeding himself it is pretty messy. Today I tried mixing it in a sippy cup with some V8 VFusion and he sucked it down! Anything to get some more fruit and veggies in him!

Here's a little more info about it:

YoBaby Turns 10 – and ‘Grows Up’ with New YoBaby Meals

3-in-1 meals provide convenience and nutrition

with a unique mix of tastes in one cup

Londonderry, NH – June 9, 2009 – Stonyfield Farm’s YoBaby turns 10 this year, and marks the occasion by growing its line to include new YoBaby Meals.

YoBaby Meals offer a unique 3-in-1 combination of protein-packed yogurt + fruit + veggie purée in one cup. They’re an easy, delicious and surprising way to help moms give their babies and toddlers a trio of important food groups at every meal.

Three delicious flavors -- Pear & Green Bean, Peach & Squash, Apple & Sweet Potato – are just right for baby’s growing appetite. And the single serve 6-ounce cup offers 50% more than current 4-ounce YoBaby multipacks.

One mom-tester was amazed at the great taste of these unique combinations – and babies and toddlers agreed!

YoBaby Organic Meals hit natural food store shelves nationwide July 1 and select grocery chains. Suggested retail price is $1.29* for a single 6-ounce serving.

*I found it at Wegman's for $1.09. They currently include a coupon on the inside of the foil lid to buy two get one free.

Day two of my 4th blogoversary celebration! Help me celebrate with a giveaway!

A couple weeks ago Kirsten from Bristols 6 emailed me to tell me about Nippies and Nippies Natural.

This is what Kirsten had to say about Nippies:

Nippies Natural and Nippies from Bristols 6 are essentials for moms hitting up the pool with toddlers that hang on to your swimsuit. Our high-quality cover-ups shape curves and shields from overexposure and 'chilly' waters, giving stylish moms the confidence to wear a bathing suit without worry!

Nippies Natural is the first adhesive silicone nipple cover that is thin and matte, making it undetectable under clothing and swimsuits. The adhesive and non-adhesive versions are washable/waterproof/reusable, making it a budget-friendly find that you can wear during the day at the pool or out to dinner with your hubby.

For 'haute' mamas who want colorful coverage, Nippies are made from real lingerie fabrics in designer-inspired prints and sparkling sequins. Nippies are soft, stretchy and slightly supportive coverage in over 40 styles that coordinate with any bathing suit or outfit!

Now, I don't wear a bathing suit very often like never if I can help it, so I'm not too worried about nip slippage in the pool. Hell, I'm actually not that worried about nip slippage out of the pool either. After breast feeding I'm pretty immune to the fear of the ladies showing themselves at all, much to the dismay of my husband.

But, one thing I really don't like is when the "Pointer Sisters" decide to make an appearance. You know, when it looks like you are smuggling Tic Tacs in your bra, although in my case its more like Raisonettes than it is Tic Tacs, or maybe even Goobers (gotta love pregnancy and breast feeding!).
I hate sitting in a meeting and suddenly realizing my high beams are showing. For some reason that embarrasses me more than if my entire breast popped out.

So I'm thinking I should probably get myself a set of Nippies just for those times I need to feel extra professional and know everyone's eyes are on my face and not my chest.

To help me celebrate my 4th Blogoversary, Bristol6 has offered to give away a set of fabric Nippies of your choice to one of my lucky readers!

To enter is easy! Check out Bristols 6's website and then leave a comment on this entry and tell me which is your favorite Nippies design! To enter a second time just become a member/follower of my blog (on the right sidebar, scroll down towards the bottom) and leave a comment telling me you already follow me or just started! For a bonus entry tell me a funny or embarrassing story about you and "the girls." You know we all have one!

I'll have give-a-ways going on all week, so check back tomorrow and don't forget to enter yesterdays give away! Make sure to come back on Friday when I'll be giving away a little somethin' somethin' from my fave online adult toy store, Eden Fantasys!

You have until Wednesday, August 19th at midnight to enter. I'll announce all the winners on Friday, August 21st.

Sorry, this giveaway is for US addresses only. :(

Day one of my 4th blogoversary celebration! Help me celebrate with a giveaway!

**Once again MyBlogSpark has given me the opportunity to try something new and also share it with one of my readers! Thanks MyBlogSpark for participating in my 4th Blogoversary Week of Giveaways!**

Do you remember Kix cereal from your childhood? I do! At least I remember the commercials. I also remember it as one of those cereals that I always wanted my mom to buy, but she never would! Seriously, I was deprived people! Now I really have no idea why she wouldn't buy it for us because it's not one of those high sugar cereals like the other cereals my brother and I always begged for (like Sugar Smacks and Corn Pops and Fruit Loops - yum!!). We were more the Cheerios kind of family I guess. See people, just another one of the many reasons that I need therapy that I can blame on my mother. Heh.

So, General Mills has a new flavor of Kix cereal now - Honey Kix.

My boys tried it and it was a hit. They are big cereal lovers in general, so I wasn't at all surprised. And I have to say, I liked it too. Now that I have "mature" tastes I actually prefer a cereal that isn't too sweet.

Here's a little bit of info that I was given about the cereal:

We are excited to offer you Honey Kix cereal, which has all the goodness of Kix® cereal but now with a touch of honey! Honey Kix is a good source of fiber, calcium and vitamin D, contains 16 grams of whole grain per serving (at least 48 grams recommended daily) and has no artificial flavors or preservatives. A perfect balance of taste and nutrition through simple ingredients, which both moms and kids can agree on!

MyBlogSpark is giving away a Honey Kix prize pack to one of you! The prize pack includes a coupon for a free box of cereal, a honey jar, a cereal bowl, a container to take your cereal and milk on-the-go, and a great container to keep cereal fresh at home.

They also sent me a prize pack and I can tell you it's nice! The cereal container is a good size and is sturdy. I'm not sure if you can tell from the picture, but it has a two-in-one pour spout (large and small). The on-the-go container unscrews and you put the bottom cup (which has a freezer gel surrounding it) in the freezer (duh!) and it helps keep the milk cold. The top cup has a spoon that snaps into the lid. If you are thinking that it doesn't take much to impress me, well, you're right!

Since they offered me custom stickers too I'm going to have some made up with my MNT logo, which Shauna just reworked for me. She also designed my business cards btw! Oh yeah, and my blog! I think she is just teh awesome!
What do you think? Pretty cool, huh? I'm hoping I will get them in time to take to BlogHer with me!

Chocolate, coffee, fiber, and a give-a-way!

***And the winners are........Pixiemrrr, Meghan and Stacy. Congrats! You should have received an email from me already.***

Recently like three weeks ago because I suck at doing anything in a timely manner I was given an opportunity to review the new Fiber One Chocolate Mocha Chewy Bars and receive a spa break gift basket. Now, I'm not one to turn down a chance to try something new that involves chocolate, so I jumped right on that offer!

The Fiber One Chocolate Mocha Chewy Bars were described as combination of "a rich chocolate taste and smooth coffee flavor with the benefits of fiber in one delicious snack. Each great tasting, chewy bar provides 35% of the recommended daily fiber intake and also is a good source of calcium."

Now, I'm not a huge coffee fan, so I was a little leery when they arrived and I remembered that mocha was coffee, cause duh, and I guess I didn't read the actual email that clearly said that, because once I read the word "chocolate" and "offer to review" I hit reply and said "yes." But I tried them, because that is what I promised to do. And Oh.My.Gosh! Maybe I do like coffee! Because these were really good. And I'm not just saying that.

They have 140 calories per bar, 9 grams of fiber, 2 grams of protein and 4 grams of fat. And did I mention they taste good?

Risking the TMI category again here, but I just haven't been as regular as I used to be since having Kiel. So adding some extra fiber to my diet should be a good thing. I'm going to get a box and keep at work for that mid-afternoon snack break. I think I'll try one of the peanut butter flavors next.

Noah liked them too, and since we continue to have problems with his encopresis I think we are going to get some for him too instead of regular granola bars.

And the BEST PART of this is that I get to give away THREE, yes THREE spa break baskets to my readers!

You will receive the bath pillow, soap, bath salts, lotion and a candle (all chocolate flavored) plus a coupon for a free box of Fiber One Chewy Bars.

And if you don't win one of the three spa break baskets which would be surprising since I think I only have three readers, you can print out one of these $1.35 off coupons.

I must leave you with one piece of advice though. The cellophane wrapped bar that looks like chocolate? Yeah, not chocolate. Soap! Remember this, Soap!

So, if you would like to win a box of Fiber One Chewy Bars and a spa break basket leave a comment on this post and I'll randomly pick three next Sunday. Just make sure you leave a way for me to contact you in the comment. So many of my commenter's end up showing up as a "no-reply" email because they haven't checked the option to share their email address in their blogger profiles.

I suck!

Sometimes I just suck.

Like last night, when my husband let out a few moans, then said "wow, you're getting better at this." Ummmmm...excuse me? Better? I was BAD before?

Anyway, that wasn't the suckage I meant. I suck at posting the winners of my Third Blogoversary Contest! I said I would do it yesterday morning, but, well, one thing led to another and before I knew it here it is, Sunday afternoon, and I still haven't decided.

Right now it's between Anissa and the "Olympic butts," Kristin and "husband DNA," Lollipop and "bandaid in her underpants" and SF with "things to do in an elevator."

I'm headed outside right now to get Noah to help me pick a letter (A,B,C or D). If I ask him to pick a number he'll just pick the highest number I give him. So predictable.

And the winner is?!?!?! The letter C! Lollipop and "bandaid in her underpants!"

Lolli check out my CafePress site and let me know what you would like from there. Email me your address as well so I can have it shipped out to you.

Thanks everyone for playing! Wish I could give you all a MNT thong, but it's just not in the budget right now. *sigh*

My Third Blogoversary! And a contest!

Today is my three year "blogoversary!" Whoohooo! Hear the tootie horns a blowing!

Three years ago after a friend introduced me to Dooce's blog and from there I found some other amazing female writers, I decided it was time to start my own blog. I needed a place to share stories, vent, swear, talk about sex, and just have a creative outlet. It was five months before I received my first comment. And boy, was I excited! Hell, I still get excited when I get a comment.

So, to celebrate I had a little logo made by the amazing Shauna and I whipped up a few t-shirts and things at CafePress.com. Check it out!

And with that, I am offering my very first Give-A-Way at Mommy Needs Therapy!

Leave a comment on this post that will make me laugh (a funny story, something your kid did, a bad joke, etc.) because I'm going to need it this week, and you could win an item of your choice from my CafePress.com shop.

The contest is open until Friday, August 15 at midnight east coast time. Saturday morning once I drag my sorry ass pop out of bed refreshed and ready to great the day Noah and I will randomly choose one commenter. Make sure you leave a way for me to contact you! Even though you have to include your email to contact me I can't actually view it unless you have that option checked in your blogger account.

So that's it, leave me a comment, make me laugh, and Saturday morning I will announce the winner! So tell your friends!
